Specific Activities:
The Office : |
arranges for orientation programs and study tours for visiting delegations which are interested in the BC health sector |
|
promotes the health sector with visiting delegations, federal and provincial government agencies | |
coordinates activities of common interest to a group of private and public sector health organizations |
|
advises on possible BC health sector groups which might be in a position to respond to project opportunities. |
|
represents the B.C. health sector on the Industry Canada National Sector Team for health |
|
holds shares and represents BC in Interhealth Canada Ltd., an organization dedicated to promoting Canadian expertise for international projects |
